This website is operated under the trading name Vivelo. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vivelo. These Terms apply to use of jnd.asia and to purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies.

Eligibility and acceptable use

We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item.

Orders and contract formation

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown at checkout when available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method and are responsible for accurate billing and contact information.

Shipping and returns

Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, and import responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss transfers only as provided by mandatory consumer law applicable to your purchase; otherwise, it transfers when the order is delivered to the address you supplied.
