Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification when tracking is available.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from Mainland China. Prices and shipping charges at checkout are shown in US dollars (USD).
Shipping options and estimates
- Standard tracked shipping: normally 7–18 business days after dispatch. The current charge is USD 8.99, and standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of USD 60 or more.
- Express tracked shipping: where offered at checkout, normally 3–8 business days after dispatch. The exact charge is shown before payment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote areas, customs inspections, peak periods, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and incorrect addresses can cause delays. Services and final charges shown at checkout take precedence.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information may take up to 3 business days to update after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking updates. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the local delivery office, then contact us promptly.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs procedures. Where checkout supports collection for the destination and order, applicable charges may be collected before payment. Otherwise, the recipient may need to pay the carrier or local authority before delivery. These charges are set by government authorities and are not controlled by Vivelo.
Address changes and delivery problems
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or unpaid import charges may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
