Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email w2920071329@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable, except where the order was defective, incorrect, or the law requires a refund. We recommend a tracked return service. Do not send a return to the address shown on the parcel; the correct return address will be provided after approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

Unless required by law, we cannot accept returns of personalized or made-to-order goods, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, digital products, or gift cards. Product-specific restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate a refund within 5 business days after approval; your bank or card provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post it. Where applicable law sets an earlier deadline, that deadline applies.

Consumer rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, mandatory rights under laws applicable to your purchase, including applicable cancellation and conformity rights for United Kingdom consumers.
